SHIPPING

Processing time


Processing time of received orders is usually between 1-3 days.

Estimated shipping times


North America: 2-5 business days
Europe: 2-3 weeks
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, however we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns


We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship unworn items back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. 

We can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer a timely solution. 

Cancellations


We don’t accept cancellations, however – please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
